SEG provided topographic & Boundary Survey services as well as the design of all site work features including the new parking lot, sidewalks, and utility services. The site is located at the corner of Second Avenue and Alexandrine. We are proud to have been involved in the renovation of the former Tomboy Market into a truly unique and vibrant property situated in an area that is evolving quickly on the edge of Midtown from an area of former urban decay to that of a bustling and upscale place to live, work and shop. We provided a new water main easement over the relocated line as well as 2,500 lineal feet of water main easements around the entire main hospital campus, which were dedicated to the City after many years as a private water main system.
